Use this garlic yoghurt dip / burani raita in a green salad as a dressing… the options are endless.

Ingredients to make Burani Raita
1 cup thick / Greek yoghurt
1 garlic clove, minced / grated (adjust to taste - burani raita is meant to taste garlicky)
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp jeera powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 green chilli, finely chopped - optional / to taste
Method of making Burani Raita
Mix all the ingredients well and serve Burani Raita chilled with Chicken Biryani or Chole (Chickpeas) Biryani, Kebabs...
If you don't like garlic bits in the raita, you could strain it before serving.
