Tadke wala raita

A spiced twist to regular raita – any of your choice: cucumber, bottle gourd, pineapple, boondi

 

 

Serves: 2

Time taken: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients to make Tadka Raita

 

2 cups raita of choice

1 tsp ghee

½ tsp cumin seeds / jeera

5 – 6 curry leaves, roughly torn

1 green chilli, chopped

 

Method of making Tadka Raita

 

Heat ghee in a tadka pan, add cumin seeds. Once these crackle, add curry leaves and green chillies. Fry these for less than a minute and pour over chilled raita of your choice.
